​Tris | Artistic Director & Producer

With over 25 years of experience in the live music, event, and theatre industries, Tris is the creative heartbeat of SWT. As a multi-award-winning musician, performer, and producer, he understands what it takes to captivate an audience. From producing high-energy live musical productions to managing touring-grade tribute bands, Tris ensures that every note played and every light dimmed meets the highest professional standards.

​Laura | Operations & Risk Director

Safety and logistics are the cornerstones of any successful event. Laura brings over 25 years of specialized experience in risk management to the team. As an Emergency Planning Fellow, she is an industry leader in contingency planning and safety protocols. Her expertise ensures that while the audience is focused on the stage, the event is running smoothly, securely, and in full compliance with all risk solutions.
